The MK1 leisure complex is to have no less than seven restaurants.
Frankie & Benny’s and Pizza Express are already are already open, with TGI Fridays, Nando’s, Bella Italia, Prezzo and ChimiChanga opening throughout November and December.
Adjacent to the MK1 Shopping Park, home to Marks & Spencer, Primark, River Island and others, the new restaurants will form part of the newly-built leisure complex . An 11-screen Odeon cinema and IMAX with a Costa Coffee shop is set to open early next year.
MK1 is owned by The Crown Estate, the fourth largest owner of prime regional retail and leisure assets in the country, including 16 retail parks, two leisure schemes, and interests in three shopping centres.
Hannah Milne, portfolio manager of The Crown Estate’s regional portfolio said: “From now until the end of the year will be a very exciting time at the MK1 Leisure Park with the opening of these seven new family favourite restaurants.
