The Pinnacle, Milton Keynes’ newest landmark building has had its official launch.
The Pinnacle is the largest office development in Milton Keynes for over 25 years and occupies a prime location within the City’s Central Business District – it is also the tallest office building constructed in Milton Keynes to date.
Hampton Brook, the developer of the spectacular 206,000 sq ft office building on Midsummer Boulevard, and joint venture partners Aberdeen Property Investors, hosted the launch with guests from office agents in London, the Home Counties and Midlands.
Following a two year building programme, the development has already been awarded a prestigious sustainable achievement accolade at the National Office Development Awards, and boasts being the first building in Milton Keynes to achieve a BREEAM rating of ‘excellent’ and the first to achieve an energy efficient rating of A.
International law firm Denton Wilde Sapt and business advisory company Deloitte have already taken up residency in the building.
Enthusing about the project, Guy Barnett, marketing manager of Invest Milton Keynes said: “High Quality developments such as the Pinnacle are an impotant part of the Milton Keynes offer and help us at IMK to show investors the the new city is a great place to do business, providing top class facilities for employers and an attractive lifestyle for those who live and work here.”
